Platform Usage

Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the plea8.onl website together with all related services offered under the plea8 brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at plea8.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of cash and bonus funds held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Wager" means real money staked in any game on this platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted to members in accordance with set conditions.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the plea8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use any service on this platform. plea8 reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and accounts found to be non-compliant with the age requirement will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Upon registration, you agree that:

• All information provided is true, accurate and complete.
• You will only open and maintain one active account.
• Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred to or used by another party.
• You are responsible for updating your personal information should any changes occur.
• You are not currently prohibited from accessing online gambling services under any laws applicable to you.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

plea8 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments.

Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is usually between 10 and 45 minutes after verification is complete.
• plea8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Any taxes or charges imposed by the bank or e-wallet provider are entirely the member's responsibility.

plea8 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the customer support team will contact the member for additional information.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

plea8 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to wagering requirements and a validity period as specified.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from this bonus is permitted.

As a detailed example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

Additional conditions for all promotions:

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• plea8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Abusing promotions through hedge betting or other methods deemed fraudulent will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.

VIP Programme and Cashback

plea8 members are automatically eligible to join the VIP programme based on their wagering activity. There are five VIP tiers offering different weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

VIP tier upgrades are based on your wagering activity over time. Cashback is credited weekly and is subject to specific wagering requirements. plea8 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure by giving reasonable notice to members.

Member Conduct and Prohibitions

When using the plea8 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots or unauthorised methods to play or place bets.
• Sharing an account or selling account access to a third party.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the game system.
• Participating in any form of collusion fraud between multiple accounts.
• Uploading content that is unlawful or contains malicious software.
• Impersonating plea8 staff or an authority to deceive other members.

plea8 monitors all account activity continuously. Any member found to have breached any of the above prohibitions will face immediate action including temporary suspension, permanent account closure or appropriate legal action.

Data Protection and Privacy

plea8 is committed to protecting the personal information of every member in line with international data protection standards. Information you provide during registration and platform use is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the relevant page.

In summary, plea8:

• Does not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Uses SSL encryption to protect all transactions and communications on the platform.
• Stores your payment information using industry-certified security protocols.

Limitation of Liability

plea8 provides an online betting platform and acts as an operator only. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by members. All games involve financial risk and members must understand that losses are part of betting activity.

plea8 will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by technical disruptions or unplanned downtime.
• Damage or losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the plea8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be completed or any active bonuses will be forfeited.

plea8 also offers a self-exclusion facility for members who wish to take a break from betting activity. Members who apply for self-exclusion will not be able to access the platform for the requested period. This is part of plea8's commitment to responsible gambling.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

plea8 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice with reasonable notice period. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms.

The plea8 platform operates under international licensing. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to internationally licensed operators. Any disputes will be resolved through the arbitration process set out in the platform's licensing agreement.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
